Orders are normally processed 7-10 business days depending on the destination and the items ordered. For more details, please read our Shipping Policy.

I am not satified with the item I received. Can I exchange it?(back to top)
Books 'En More takes great pride in our reputation for excellent customer service and product quality. We guarantee great customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than willing to assit you to do an exchange, provided that it's still within the scope of our Return Policy.

What if my item is damaged?(back to top)
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please report them within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at sales@booksenmore.com with a detailed description of the damage and actual pictures of the broken/defective item. We will evaluate the claim and issue an exchange provided that the damaged is due to shipping or warehouse faults. Until when is an item valid for return?(back to top)
Returns are accepted within 15days of delivery with approved Return Authorization Number issued by Books 'En More. 15% Restocking Fee may apply. See our Return Policy for more details.

I don't live in the US, will I still be able to place an order?(back to top)
No. Unfortunately, we are still working on accepting international orders. We will update our website as soon as these features are available.

If for any reasos, you are trying to find a particular item and cannot find it on our website, please make use of our Office Supplies and Instructional Materials Link. If you've already chosen the item you want, please request a quote through our online Quote Form. Otherwise, please call customer service to better assist you in finding the items you need.

How do I cancel my order? (back to top)
Order cancellations are only accepted for Purchase Orders provided it's still within the scope of our Terms and Conditions. Please understand that we do not allow cancellation for online orders once checkout process is completed. Call customer service for more inquiry.

Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs? (back to top)
Online orders cannot be combined. However, for purchase orders, please let your sales rep know within 4 days of confirmation receipt to make prior arrangements.

Can I reactivate an order that has been cancelled or voided? (back to top)
No. We apologize but our internal system currently doesn't have the capability to reinstate closed orders. Please re-order all cancelled and voided orders.

I am having trouble with the shopping cart. Why?(back to top)
Shopping cart problems usually occur due to one or more of the following reasons:
1 - Cookies are not enabled, or your browser is configured to block Books 'En More cookies.
NOTE: In some cases, the cookies on your computer might become corrupted. If you've verified that Books 'En More and booksenmore.com cookies are being accepted and you're still experiencing problems, please clear your cookies and cache folders, close your browser and try again.
2 - Your computer firewall might be blocking the website.
3 - The item you want to purchase is out-of-stock, discontinued, or has lesser inventory than the quantity you wish to purchase.

For forgotten passwords, please click here. Otherwise, please call customer service and verify some personal information to release username and password.

What happens if an item is backordered or out-of-stock? (back to top)
If an item you purchased is out-of-stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible either by phone or by email so you can provided us with further instructions. Nonetheless, our inventory is consistenly updated so the chances that you order an out-of-stock item would be very minimal.
