Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for book orders over $150 via regular mail.

Books 'En More will do the very best that we can to process all orders on time. Depending on the items ordered and the shipping destination, our normal turn around time is 7-14 business days (for domestic shipments), which includes 24-72 hrs handling time. Additional shipping and handling time might be required for oversized and/or made-to-order items. We ship via FedEx and USPS for regular sized items and freight for oversized items.

Orders received during weekends will be processed the next business day. Tracking information via email will be provided as soon as the items are shipped. For customers that did not provide any email information, you can call our customer service department at (424)558-3629 or email us at customersupport@booksenmore.com to request for your tracking number.

Books 'En More offers the lowest possible shipping to anywhere around the USA mainland. However, additional charges may apply to certain conditions:

1 - Expedited Shipping (e.g. Overnight, 2-Day Air)

2 - Freight for Oversized Items

3 - Deliveries outside USA mainland (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska)

We strongly advise all customers to inspect the package before signing or acknowledging any delivery receipt, most especially for freight shipments. Books 'En More reserves the right to refuse processing of any damage claims for products that were confirmed to have been received in good condition. Returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged during transit must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


RETURN POLICY

**Returns are not accepted without proper return authorization. Please contact customer service by calling (424)558-3629 or email customersupport@booksenmore.com subject: 'Return Authorization Request' to obtain a return authorization number. All returns undergo warehouse inspections upon receipt of merchandise before reviewing any refund, damage or exchange claims.**

Product exchange is accepted within 15 days of delivery provided that the following conditions are observed:

  • The customer returning an item is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges and fees.

  • The item returned is in perfect condition.

  • All outstanding balances exceeding the amount of the returned must be paid before hand.

In an event of receiving a damaged package, Damage Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or the claim would no longer be processed. Customer must abide by the following to report a damaged/defective item:

  • Email us a detailed description of the damage with attached actual pictures of the broken/defective item. Send to customersupport@booksenmore.com

  • Upon receipt of the email, claims department will evaluate the problem and issue a call tag for the damaged item.

  • The warehouse will inspect the item and issue an exchange or refund provided that the damage is due to shipping or warehouse faults.

Regular Returns. If a customer is not completely satisfied with an item, we accept returns provided that:

  • There is a valid RA Number issued by Books En More customer service.

  • The customer is responsible for inbound and outbound shipping.

  • Refunded amount would be deducted 20% Restocking Fee.
