How do I start placing orders?

How do I request a quote for bulk orders?

  • Please make use of our online Quote Form.  You will receive a confirmation email within 2 days of submission.

Can I submit a purchase order for a quote that was given to me?

  • Yes.  Please make use of our online Purchase Order Form.  You will receive a confirmation email within 2 days of submission.  For schools, please make sure you fax us a copy of the original Purchase Order at (310) 515-8061 for us to be able to process your orders or email us a pdf copy at sales@booksenmore.com Subject: Purchase Order + PO#

What payment method(s) do you accept?

  • For online orders, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers

Where I can register for an account?

I forgot my username and password.  What should I do?

How do I cancel my order?

  • Order cancellations are only accepted for Purchase Orders provided it’s still within the scope of our Terms and Conditions.  For orders made online, we do not allow cancellation once the checkout process is completed.  Contact customer service for more inquiries.

Is my information safe and secured?  What does ‘encryption’ mean?

  • At Books ‘En More, we recognize the high importance of customer privacy and security.  When you make use of our online store, we assure you that all personal and billing information collected are stored in a highly secure manner and is not sold or given to any third party.  Booksenmore.com is protected by the internet standard for secure transactions;  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.  Thus, all information submitted on our website are sent as an encrypted (scrambled) format, enabling for safe and secure transactions and making unauthorized parties unable to decode.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your online store?

  • Yes.  We are equipped with highly secure servers and shopping cart.  All online transactions submitted are fully encrypted through our SSL Certification. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

When will I received my order?

  • Orders are normally processed 7-10 business days depending on the destination and the items ordered.  For more details, please read our Shipping Policy

Can I reactivate an order that has been cancelled or voided?

  • No.  We apologize but our internal system currently doesn’t have the capability to reinstate closed orders.  Please re-order all cancelled and voided orders.

Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

  • Online orders cannot be combined.  However, for purchase orders, please let your sales representative know within 4 days of confirmation receipt to make prior arrangements.

Can I reactivate an order that has been cancelled or voided?

  • Please contacts one of our sales representative to assist you on un-cancelling an order.

I cannot find the items I am looking for.  What should I do?

  • If for any reason, you are trying to find a particular item and cannot find it on our website using the search field bar, please contact us.  If you’ve already chosen the item you want, please request a quote through our online Quote Form. Otherwise, please call customer service to better assist you in finding the items you need.

I am having trouble with the shopping cart. Why?

  • Shopping cart problems usually occur due to one or more of the following reasons:
    1 – Cookies are not enabled, or your browser is configured to block Books ‘En More cookies.
    NOTE: In some cases, the cookies on your computer might become corrupted. If you’ve verified that Books ‘En More and booksenmore.com cookies are being accepted and you’re still experiencing problems, please clear your cookies and cache folders, close your browser and try again.
    2 – Your computer firewall might be blocking the website.
    3 – The item you want to purchase is out-of-stock, discontinued, or has lesser inventory than the quantity you wish to purchase.
    4 – You are using an older browser version that is not compatible with our shopping cart. To download the newest version of Internet Explorer, please click here.

What happens if an item is back-ordered or out-of-stock?

  • If an item you purchased is out-of-stock or back-ordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team as soon as possible, either by phone or by email so you can provide us with further instructions.  Nonetheless, our inventory is consistently updated so that chances that you ordered an out-of-stock item would be very minimal.

I don’t live in the United States, will I still be able to place an order?

  • Unfortunately, no.  But we are in the works of developing  a system that eventually accommodate international orders.  We will update you of when we are able to service international orders.

I am not satisfied with the item I received. Can I exchange it?

  • Books ‘En More takes great pride in our reputation for excellent customer service and product quality. We guarantee great customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than willing to assist you to do an exchange, provided that it’s still within the scope of our Return Policy.

What if my item is damaged?

  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, please report them within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at sales@booksenmore.com with a detailed description of the damage and actual pictures of the broken/defective item.  We will evaluate the claim and issue an exchange provided that the damaged is due to shipping or warehouse faults.  For more details please see our Return Policy or contact our customer service at (424) 263-5959.

Until when is an item valid for return?

  • Returns are accepted 15 days of delivery with approved Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Books ‘En More.  A 15% restocking fee may apply.  See our Return Policy for more details.

How soon can I receive my custom orders?

  • For school bulk orders, 7 to 10 business days is our lead time.

What if I need it order(s) much earlier?

  • Contact one of our representatives and we’ll make arrangements to expedited your order.

Do you sell Gift cards?  How soon will I get it?

  • We currently do not sell gift cards.

How can I use a Gift card that was given to me?

  • We currently do not a system in place to process Gift cards.
